I want to go Tokyo again. 8days in Tokyo is NOT ENOUGH!!!
I like the people there, they are soooooooo nice..sooooooo polite..

Suppose to be back on 23rd Mar evening, but there was an accident in Narita Airport and they have to close down some lanes. End up, we have to take a coach to Nagoya which is about 7hrs. (Its like going to Genting from Sg)

Our departure time in Nagoya was at 11pm but again it delayed. We sat in the plane while waiting for it to take off for about 2hours then the pilot announced that there was some technical problems. In the end, they sent us to Hilton Plaza to stay for 1 night. lol.

We bought a total of 5 Agnes b bags in Tokyo. Mine is the purple one. These designs (according to the salesgirl) is only available in Japan.

Finally bought a Coach coin purse(S$95) at Mitsui Outlet Park. Its a big shopping mall that has alot of outlet shops like Adidas, Nike,Puma and etc. They have Coach too. If you were to buy their bags there, its about 40% cheaper compared to the ones in Singapore. Their small leather goods like wallets and coinpurse, it is only about 10% discount off compared to the ones in Sg.

I must be crazy. I bought 4 types of face powder (but they are used for different purposes, Eg : for pores, brightening and base) Some of these products are selling in Sg but it is cheaper in Tokyo.

Oh yes, I am sure by now some of you must have heard of Uniqlo (UT). It is a local brand in Japan. So nice. I bought 2 items there for myself. on 9th April, there will be one UT boutique in Tampines.

Its over. Sigh. Officially graduating on 8th April 2009. I am gonna miss poly school life. Already missing it now.

Prom night at Marriott Hotel last Thursday (26th Feb). The buffet was..so so only. I think the time I spend taking photos is more than the time I spent eating. lol.
It was fun, in a way.

We continue to party after that, 12 of us went to DblO after the prom night, 2 of them left early, we din really drink alot. BUT I HAVE FOUND NEW CLUBBING KHAKIS!!

I got home at about 4am, slept at 4plus and woke up at 7.30am and head for work. 3hrs of sleep, power!

kitkat saw those photos I took on that night and he said to me , " Take pictures with so many guys and even hold the flowers like that and take picture." Nah, he is not jealous. He will never be.

Recently I bought this make up sponge , Beauty Blender online and SERIOUSLY, IT IS VERY GOOOOOOD!!!!!!!! I used to have a hard time blending my liquid foundation properly and this wonder make up sponge makes it so easy. You can use it on loose powder, mineral powders,2-way cake and liquid foundation.

Cons : 1) Have to wash it after every use. (Actually it depends on you but I washed it each time I used it)

2) Expensive, US$19.95 (Can last you for about 3months , provided you take good care of it)

Last Tuesday, some of us went to welcome a group of Japanese students from Soka University Of Japan. They came here for some exchange program. I had a hard time communicating with them as they only know the very basic of English (so its like when you speak to them in English, you have to speak slowly and use very very simple english). Some of my RPSD friends knew how to speak Japanese, so they were like my translator for the day.
These Japanese students, they are very cute and innocent. It will be great if I get to go over to Japan and be one of the students in Soka Uni. (But even if i go, I don't know what to study. lol)

Anyway, MY APPLICATION FOR RELIEF TEACHER HAS BEEN APPROVED!!!!!! WOOOOTT!! I will be seeing a lot of damn kids. lol. I am gonna call up the primary schools once I received my transcript. (:

WOW! I have gained weight, extra fats on my hip,waist,face,arms and legs. You name it, I have it.

3 years of poly life..ended

School ended.
Spent almost 3years studying in RP gone just like that.
To be honest, I am quite upset about it. (Not that I want to repeat a module just to be back in poly, I hoping that I will not fail my Web game application module..ahhh..i hate codings)

I know I will miss my friends in poly and the fun time we had.
Playing lan games in class with my friends.

Recently played "Left 4 dead" with some of them in the animation lab using those "big big desktop".
Screaming at Jay and Gim Hock when they tried to lock me outside the safe room (in the game) for I fear zombies will attack me from behind.

So fun.

To be honest, I have not NEVER seen her angry before. lol

Just attended her birthday celebration at Pasir Ris, glad that she like the presents which Jay,Thomas,Joe and I gave her.

Every morning in school at about 9.30am, either kitkat or me will msn each other and asked

Usually in the 1st break, I will go with kitkat,chris and maki. Eating chicken/turkey/tuna sandwich and MILK TEA!! Then we will walk to the bookshop to get mineral water and mint sweets (these 2 are like my daily necessities). Its like our daily school routine. Arghhh I will miss it..very much.

After school, (70% of the time) 4 of us will walk together to the interchange.
Talk talk talk talk all the way there.

One thing which I realized, when school is coming to an end, I got to know a few new friends (nice people of cos). Which is kind of late(and sad) because school has ended now, I will not get to see nor talk to them as much now.

Met up with Sherrie and Shannon at Novena, we had Fish & Co for dinner. Sherrie's treat!

I watched Twilight with kitkat yesterday and...I LOVE THAT MOVIE!!!!
He thinks its boring and lame because it is a romantok (new word for romantic, learnt from billy) movie. Most guys do not appreciate romantok movies.

Anyway, the main actor in the movie, he is a very very romantok,charming,handsome and sweet 105 years old vampire. LOL

When I got home, I began to search for the soundtracks for Twilight online till 3am. I must be crazy.

There is a scene showing Edward and Bella dancing at the prom night and the song which was playing in the movie is really nice. I managed to find the song and it is called Flightless Bird,American Mouth, sang by Iron and Wire.

It is not the lyrics that attracted me, its the rhythm of the song. It sounds very smoothing, romantic and kinda touching.
I don;t know if that is the real reason why I love that song or issit because when the song was playing, Edward and Bella was dancing. Bella wanted Edward to bite her so that she could turn into a vampire and be together with Edward forever. But Edward refused, he said "Just live your life long and stay happy with me." Something like that.

I tell you, when I heard him saying that, I was like ZOMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!

Started playing pet society , its sooooo cute. Thats my pet and sherrie's. Might be meeting her on sunday. (:

Usually at this time, I will be chatting with sherrie in msn. But now she has already started her training. Today is her 1st day of "school". I feel so happy and excited for her at the same time.

She is so sweet la, called me during her half and hour break. The first thing she said when I answered the call was " wei (hello) " and she giggled. So so so damn cute la..I duno why but when she called , I was very happy and smiling as I am talking to her. (eh don't get me wrong, I am not lesbian,we are perfectly straight.)

She wrote something specially for me yesterday in her blog. And I am really really really extremely touched by her. I can feel her sincerity and warmth.

I dreamt about my grandma last night.

She lay her mattress along the corridor and when I got home, I saw her sleeping there.
I asked her to go into the house with me but she refused, saying my mum don't allow and that she wants to stay in an old folks home.

I went home and start begging my mum , persuading her to allow my grandma to come in and stay with us. I offer to share room with my grandma. After much persuasion, my mum allow her to come in and sleep with me.

I remember I was very happy in the dream. I woke up and thought to myself , "yeah she is gonna share room with me". After a few seconds, I realized that it was only a dream. She is gone. Gone for almost a year now.

After reading it, I am really encouraged by Sensei's guidance. I am very sure if I were to tell what I have gone through, he would definitely say the same thing to me.

I am really thankful to him, if he did not do world-wide kosen-rufu, I wouldn't have known this Nichiren Buddhism. Suyi will be going to Japan next week and she will be visiting the HQ in Japan. I am going to write a letter to Sensei to thank him.

Something happened on Sunday.
To some, they might think "I have been chanting so much, why din Gohonzon answer my prayers?" and then most likely these people will stop chanting and discontinued their faith. At that point of time, my faith is being tested. But for me, I did not think this way, instead, I will continue my prayers and continue to seek and believe in this faith. I keep telling myself that there must be a reason why this happened.

After meeting up with Suyi, I finally understand why it din turn out the way I want. Imagine, if I were to get it so easily, it is not a victory. Actually when I think back, I am glad that I din get it this time round. My faith was tested at that point of time and I am glad I have overcome it (:

If its the old shoonie, I will still be very upset and will be crying for days and will feel very demoralized.

Grilling at tung's house last friday. I was watching Channel 55 HongKong drama series while eating with them, they forced me to switch to other channel as they find it boring. -.-

End up, we watched Channel 62 (while eating), it was showing Ghost Game at that time. Quite fun to watch horror movie with tung, mindy and kitkat. You will not feel scare but you will laugh your ass off. Whenever the ghosts appear, they will make fun of them and kitkat will give some scientific terms/explanation.

Yup yup, good news. My mum's operation was very successful but her wounds hurt. She is having her 2 weeks MC right now,resting at home (:

I admired my mum's courageous spirit. Even when she found out that there are stones in her gallbladder instead of feeling depress and always worrying about it, she still attended Gakkai activities, encouraged her members, did home visits and etc. She still remain cheerful and always smiling as though nothing happened. We had a chapter friendship gathering in Sep. There is a group of ywds and wds who put up a Japanese dance, my mum and few other wds went down to the dance studio to support them and accompanied them throughout every trainings. They will buy some snacks and bring down for them and helped to take care of some of the wds' children.

I feel that my mum is like a lotus flower, as we all know, lotus flowers grow on muddy ponds,weeds and algae inside the pond. Though living in a harsh environment, the lotus flower is still able to grow beautifully. It is not affected by anything.

Of course I am not saying that my mum is living in a harsh environment but she remains unaffected at all times. This is something which I wanna learn from my mum. I must not be affected by what anyone says or anything that happens.

I was working morning shift on Saturday (25th Oct) and as usual, I have to reach the counter by 10.20am. I noticed that OG had already put up Christmas decoration at the basement. Usually I will be very happy to see Christmas decoration and I have always loved Christmas season cos its like a happy season.

Unfortunately now, it simply reminds me of the day my beloved grandma passed away. She left us on 23rd Dec '08. My family and I spent our Xmas Eve and Xmas Day at the funeral. I still miss her a lot. Sometimes I dreamt about her and cried in my dreams, when I woke up, I will feel extremely upset about it. There is nothing I could do now but to send my daimoku to her. She is the one who taught me to cook fried rice (and I am so so so proud of the fried rice I cooked, so delicious. lol)

I remembered when I was young, while I was playing with my sisters in my mum's room, she made butter and sugar sandwich and milo for us. She would bring it upstairs a few times for us to eat. She did not complain, she was 70plus at that time. During Lantern Festival, my cousin, my sisters and I would play in the garden. There was a stone table in the garden and after we got sick of carrying the lanterns around, we started to burn the lantern and play with candles on the stone table. End up, my grandma will have to scrap off those candle wax on the stone table the next day. She did scold us for doing it but we still repeat the same thing every year (until I was 14).

I love you grandma.

Actually I enjoy talking to elderly people. It is actually quite interesting.Some of the customers I served are elderly people and I will communicate with them in Teochew . I remember there was this very very old woman (about 90plus years old) , she used to sell tissue outside Centrepoint. So whenever I walked past and if I see her, I will give her $2 or $5 and take a packet of tissue and she would smile at me. She But I haven seen her for like 6months. I guess..she is gone.

Ha, got nominated for Miss SIT and Mr SIT. But obviously I din win la. Expected. its more like a popularity contest,
i am not popular in school and I am very low-profile (that is my point of view).
It is a good experience though. My partner was Leon.
It was fun (and at the same time stressful) to perform with him.
We sang Collide and I have to master it less than 24hrs (alright, in the end, I din master it completely. lol) I slept at abt 3am and woke up at 5.30am. Damn tired.

Woke up at 7.30am today, (how early is that)
My alarm went off at 5.30, I thought I could sleep for like another 5 to 10min, end up it became 2 hours. wth.

Mum sponsored me $20 to take a bloody cab to school but I am still very late, reached school at 9am. LOL. While waiting for the cab, i had this evil thought for a moment - skip school today.

I was smsing with Mikal asking him which class am I in today (cos for 3 of my modules, we are in the same class), he told me that the faci will give chance to those who are late today. hahaaa..that is why I decided to come to school.

Wasted $24 on cab ( 35% for watever charge they call it, additional $3 something for booking fee)

I AM 21 NOW!!! ZOMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Haa, I celebrated my 21st bday in advance last Sat over at my cousin's condo in a function room. Yea was so happy and excited on that day. I love crowds (only on certain situations). Was busy for the whole day. Woke up at 10plus then went to Far East Flora with my parents and my eldest sister.

WAH! That place is HUGE!!! Its a pity that I din get to take photos of those flowers. We went there to get flowers to decorate the function room. Far East Flora sells many many many many types of flowers, u name it they have it. If i am not wrong, most of their flowers are imported from overseas and that is why they have to "store" them in a "huge fridge". Customers go in and select the types of flowers they want. Its freezing inside I swear. We bought extra food for that day's party (but still not enough).

Anyway I wanna thank those who attended my bday party. I really appreciate it. (Of cos thanks to those who wished me as well)

My 2nd sister read the entry which I posted about my grandma and she decided to post one too in my blog. Here it goes..

Like you, when i received the call on the news, I didn’t cry. I didn’t know react to either. I was sleeping at that time, awaken by that fateful call. Just like me, they longed to be close to you. On the day when you were gone, the angels got together, and decided to create a dream come true…

I was the last to reach the hospital to see her the last time and why, when I called her she had no response.
I saw Grandma in my dreams 2 nights back. She came to visit us, she look healthy and strong, and told me she misses us. I hate it, I hate the fact I could only see her in dreams. I didn’t know it would be that painful to lose a kin, I thought it happened only in dramas. What pained me is not the fact that she passed away, it is the fact that I am not able to see her anymore be it how much I wanted to. Now, I still think that the day at the crematory is not a reality.

I remember when we were very young, she used to go AMK central and buy me Mac – fillet O fish without tartar sauce. She liked it this way. And the Maggie noodle she liked to cook for me without adding its seasoning cos she has her own style, and yes, that sofa area she used to sit, how I wish I could see her sitting there again.."

Haven been blogging for quite some time and...I think I have a lot to say.

My dearest ah ma passed away peacefully on 23rd Dec 2007. It is a pity that I din get to see her for the last time. I had chingay training that day,i received a phone call from my eldest sister at abt 7.30pm. Was actually planning to go drink some coffee with Plo.

I headed home straight. When my sister told me the news over the phone, I din cry. I duno how to react, its only when I get home, I started looking for her photograph in the cupboard, that is the moment when I started crying.

I know it is a relief for her becos her health is not good (she had foot infection and it leads to other things too) But I just cld not accept the fact that she is gone. Images of her keep appearing in my mind.

Right now my house is a lot quieter now, no more maid(my aunt decided to send her back cos we dun need her anymore as my grandma is gone) , no more grandma. My aunt and my cousin will be moving out soon. Sighs. I enjoy living in a big family (alright I duno if I phrase it correctly. but what I am trying to say is, I like to stay with my aunt, uncle and cousins.) Sorry my bad, my English is BAD! lols. TIME TO READ MORE BOOKS!!!!!

Lately, my parents want to buy a new set of sofa. Seriously, I don't wanna change the sofa. It still looks new and clean. Alright that is not the point. The real reason is, my grandma used to sit at that particularly spot on the L-shape sofa. In the past whenever I walked past that area, I will look at her and greet her. She used to sit there and watch TV. But now, she no longer sits there. ):
I miss her , I miss her cooking, I miss the way she calls me. I have been living with her since young. She is the one who taught me how to cook fried rice. She taught me many things.

When I was younger, we would go out together. Normally lao ren jia tends to walk slower, I would always slow down , hold her hand and walked with her and she will always say "Weiwei is so a good girl." in teochew.

Back in the old house, sometimes I sleep with her, at night I would wake up and cover blanket for her.

Was talking to my mum while I was blogging this. I started crying (as usual). Now my eyes are like goldfish's eyes. RED and SWOLLEN. She said I should feel happy for my grandma because she passed away peacefully and could live till 87 years old. She no longer need to suffer the pain.

So ppl, treasure the ones around you especially your loved ones. (:

Hello! You asked where did I perm my eye lashes, but er I din perm my eye lashes. (:

My eyelashes are short (unfortunately) so I dun see any point in perming it since its short. I am not sure which salon to recommand you to perm your lashes.

But there are 3 items which you can use to make ur lashes look VOLUME, LONG and CURL!

1. Active Girl Max Volume Mascara

You can get this in SaSa or John Little departmental store. This mascara is good (: It is waterproof, does not smudge and most importantly, it curls your lashes. BUT do remember to curl your lashes using the eyelash curler before using this. I used 2.Shu Uemura eyelash curler. ITS GOOD!!

3. Tsuya Tsuya Angel Eyes

This is a "white fiber" . It lengthens your lashes. Because my lashes are short, so I really need this and it really works. But I think this is a bit expensive. It cost about $40 and its a small tube but it can last you for quite some time. If you were to purchase it, do ask the salesgirl how you should apply it (:

p.s Just a gentle reminder, I will recommand you to use those eye makeup remover that is specially for waterproof mascara. Because The Active Girl mascara is waterproof and does not smudge, so it is a bit difficult for you to remove it (:

Have been QQ-ing lately.

Not due to my studies

It is due to my grandma.

Lately she has foot infection. So..the virus actually spread up to her legs.

We were given 2 options 1) amputated both her legs 2) Just leave it and let the virus kill her.

My aunts, uncles and dad decided to let her die peacefully. She is too old to have an operation (btw my grandma is 86 yrs old)

If WoW became reality, I would really want to give my grandma Soulstone (something which warlock has to revive herself/others) or give my grandma greater healing potion to get health.

But it is just a game.

We have been visiting her lately after work and school.
Initially I cried a lot when my aunt told me this bad news and soon I got sick, fever, sore throat and coughing "become my friend". I think it was because I cried too much and do not have enough rest.

Soon I began to accept the fact that she will be leaving us. I don't know maybe it is better for her.

Recently some guild mates (er yes WoW terms again) came over to Singapore to meet us. They join us for dinner at Spize. Ever since Perlin went back to U.S, I became the only girl at the meeting. ): She will be back in Feb i guess.

But this week Aidey (Yishi) came to the spize meeting too. She just got back from Australia as she is having her holidays now.

WoW can be very interesting too, you get to meet other people from other countries and people in Sg playing WoW.

Been busy lately, with WoW(world of warcraft), going out with friends kitkat blah blah.
Been wanting to change my blog skin but NO TIME!!! ):

Finally I am level 69 now. Been playing WoW since Feb. I am actually consider quite slow. The highest level right now for WoW is level 70. Then I can make powerful robes with LOTS of spell power (becos my class is a warlock.hee), go into Karazhan and hopefully I can go raids with my beloved Kitkat. Yes he is the one who influenced me to play WoW. Now I am addicted to it. Darn.

Haven been updating lately. Busy busy busy woman. lols (not exactly)

Short&Sweet :

- Chris is attached now (the little boy has grown up)

- His girlfriend is pretty cute, sweet looking girl (she is 18 and she is taller than me. lols)

- Kitkat's mum asked if I wanna work in Louis Vuitton but I stupidly rejected her offer. (The pay is $8 per hour!!!)

- Something happened at my work place and now I have to work on Saturdays too (hopefully its only a FEW Saturdays)

- Recently had a bad dream that Kitkat left me ):

Celebrated my 2nd sister's 24th birthday at St James Powerhouse last friday,5th Oct. We went in at 11plus, sang bday song for her, ate her strawberry cake which tasted like cheesecake. With that powerhouse "chomp" on our hand. We can go in to ANY of the so-called rooms there. We got home nearly 6AM. lols.

For liquid foundation, I am using The Flower Silky Make up foundation. It is from The Face Shop. I am using a 2-way cake from The Skin Food. As for the blusher, it is from Shu Uemura. (:

Having a good complexion is very important. If your complexion is good, you don't even need to apply any foundation. Just slap on some sunblock lotion for face and apply eye make-up will do. (:

eh unfortunately mine is not really good. I am still working on it.

TIPS ON HOW TO HAVE FLAWLESS SKIN (eh not exactly flawless but a better complexion)

- Drink tons of water

- Eat tons of fruits and vegetables

- Remember to apply moisturizers every morning and night. (the basic 3 steps, cleanse,tone and moisturize)

There is this girlfriend of mine, she don't do all these. Right after she washed her face, she would just start putting her make-up, without applying moisturizer on her face.

THIS IS BAD FOR SKIN!!!!

I told her many times (and obviously she don't listen, she will just laugh it off)

Now her complexion is still ok, but few years down the road, problems will start to surface. Furthermore she smokes, smoking is bad for skin too. It dehydrates your skin. If your skin is very dry, the chances of you having more wrinkles is higher.

Whenever you want to apply make up, always wash your face with facial foam first. 2ndly, apply toner on your face, allow the toner to be absorb into your skin for at least 1 min followed by applying eye cream on your eye area (duhz of cos. lol) Then apply moisturizer on your face and wait for 5min, to allow your skin to "absorb" the moisturizer.

THEN ITS TIME TO PUT ON YOUR MAKE-UP!!!!!!!

Had stomach flu on sunday morning. It was a horrible experience! I ate BK the night before and whatever I vomited out was fries and the BK chicken sandwich. EEEEeeeeeeeeeee!! At 4plus AM my stomach felt weird, like bloated or whatever, I don't know how to describe the feeling, then I decided that I should "throw up" some things which were stuck in my chest. What I saw next was the food I ate 7hours back. I vomited a few times that morning.

Asked my mummy to bring me to see a doctor, I could not take it, so the doctor said I got stomach flu and food poisoning. Never had stomach flu and food poisoning before (not that I remember). I felt so weak, wherever I go, I would wanna lie down and rest.

Right now, I am recovering from it (duhz, if i don't, those medicine would be useless), but my appetite is not good. There are many GOOD and FATTENING food I wanna eat but I can't ):

Gonna stay over at Kitkat's place on Friday. Time to rent some DVDs~

FridaY (11/5)

Went out with my aunties today after school. Went Bugis for steamboat session. For the first time, I ate too much (or issit I drank too much , laugh too much?) that I felt like vomiting. Almost vomited in the train when we were on our way home. I already had that "i-feel-like-vomiting" feeling, someone who just board the train, has some BO, I could not stand the smell that I almost vomited.

I almost vomited, haven had this feeling for a long long time. The girls quickly got me a plastic bag, donated by my dearest tung, she took her necklace out from the plastic bag and gave it to me in case I needed it.

Woke up at 9plus on a Sat morning , left my place at abt 11am and got home at 11plus that night. So in total, i was out for abt 12hrs. Lols. Went a few places that day. Had Yum Cha for breakfast cum lunch with Kitkat. I LOVE DIM SUM!!!!! yum yum yum yum!!
He left at 1plus for his cell grp while I shop abit in Bugis and went The Central to meet my sisters and cousin.

We went Settlers' Cafe (i am not sure if it is spelled correctly but its roughly spelled like tt =X)

Its a nice place to hang out with your friends. Lots of different kinds of board games. It is located near Clarke Quay MRT station. At abt 5plus, kitkat finally reach Clarke Quay after his cell grp thingy and we all had dinner at pepper lunch and went to watch some performance in Tampines.

Cheryl , canny, carol and me (all Cs) went for steamboat somewhere in Bugis. Canny won some cash frm the d&d and decided that we should spent it on steamboat.The food is nice. especially those pork balls. lols. It cost $12.80+ per person after 10.30pm. We went in late cos they are working today. The manager asked us to go Zouk, but it was a last minute thingy, canny and I were wearing shorts today. Lols. We asked the bouncer if shorts were allowed, he said " For ladies, anything also can, dun wear also can" Crazy.LOLS. I saw some other colleagues from other outlets. ( They are all much older than us, we are consider the younger ones. )

I was wearing Polo tee and shorts. Lols. For the first time, I went clubbing wearing shorts and tee . I was not in "full gear" today.( which means I din wear much make up) Lols.

Tonite they played those retro songs which we all don't appreciate and we duno how to dance to the songs. So we sat there and laughed at others cos some ppl are really funny there (i mean the way they danced and behaved). My initial plan for last saturday was to stay home and watch TV (while missing kitkat) but my mum suggested that we go out together (just my parents and I). All my sisters were out enjoying on a Sat nite except for me :( We went Vivo city and had dinner at The Asian Kitchen.
